There are a few reasons why your HP Smart app may not be finding your printer, may seem offline or will not connect after replacing your router and how to fix this. 1. Start with Basic Checks Before trying advanced solutions: Restart your printer, router, and computer/phone. Check the WiFi light: Solid blue: Connected Blinking blue: Setup mode Off: Not connected Disconnect any USB cable, as it can prevent wireless setup.
